PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Everest Trade Paints Ultimate Concrete Sealer is a solvent-free, quick drying, low odour acrylic based concrete sealer for use on external and internal concrete.
Everest Trade Paints Ultimate Concrete Sealer has an advanced impregnating formula to penetrate deep into the concrete to form a long-lasting, highly protective seal coating with Ultimate resistance to staining, water, and oil damage.
This sealer is part of the Everest Trade Paints "Ultimate" range of products, signifying the highest quality product with the best performance and durability. This product has an average lifespan of 10+ years.
Can also be used on exterior concrete and is 100% UVA resistant, resistant to weather damage.
Maintains performance life of the concrete. Yields significant whole life cost savings and reduces interim maintenance.
Specially formulated all acrylic solvent-free formula manufactured from high-quality acrylic resins here in the UK.
MADE IN ENGLAND WITH PREMIUM ACRYLIC RESINS
USES AND SURFACE COMPATIBILITY
Suitable for use on internal and external concrete, brickwork, masonry, cement and natural stone. Can also be used on worktops.
SPECIAL PROPERTIES
Premium impregnating formula provides maximum durability with quick drying times. Prevents organic growths.
SPREADING RATE
- First coat: Approximately 5 square meters per litre.
- Second coat: Approximately 7 square meters per litre.
This is a rough estimate and varies depending on the condition of the surface and amount applied with each coat.
DRYING TIME
Under normal conditions, it is touch dry in approximately 2 - 4 hours.
Fully waterproof within 24-48 hours of last coat being applied.
SURFACE PREPARATION
Ensure all surfaces to be sealed are clean, dry and free from oil and grease.
Remove any efflorescence prior to application with Everest Trade Efflorescence Remover.
APPLICATION
Brush, Roller, or Spray.
We recommend applying 2 coats for the best results.
Make sure the surface is 100% dry and free from any moisture or contaminants before application.
If applying to external surfaces do not apply if there is any chance of rain.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening. Store away from frost.
THINNERS
Thinners aren't required with this product, use white spirits or proprietary brush clear for cleaning.
Disclaimer: There is a small possibility that your order may be delivered in white tins with the product label applied. This is rare but can occur in times of increased demand due to the manufacturer running out of printed tins because of a large spike in sales. You can confirm this with the manufacturer.
