Performance Profile

Premium Polyurethane Architecture
Formulated using high-grade solvent-borne polyurethane resins, this sealer is engineered to surpass the durability of inferior acrylic-based alternatives. The solvent carrier facilitates deep penetration into the concrete matrix, ensuring excellent adhesion and comprehensive dustproofing. Once cured, it creates a robust chemical bond that maintains the structural integrity of the substrate, yielding significant whole-life cost savings by reducing interim maintenance.

Industrial-Grade Resistance
Designed to withstand the rigours of daily abuse, this coating offers 100% UVA resistance to prevent yellowing and degradation. It is specifically fortified to resist "tyre plucks" (hot tyre pickup), making it ideal for driveways and garages. The sealed surface repels oil, grease, and water infiltration, ensuring that industrial spills or vehicle leaks can be easily cleaned without staining the underlying concrete.

High-Performance Application
Compatible with brush, roller, or airless spray systems, this sealer delivers a consistent satin / wet-look finish that enhances the natural aesthetic of the concrete. For optimal heavy-duty protection, a two-coat application is recommended. It is touch-dry in approximately 4 hours, allowing for rapid project turnover, though vehicle traffic should be restricted for 24 hours to ensure full cure hardness.
