Description

Synthetic Alkyd Formulation
Engineered using a heavy-duty synthetic alkyd resin, this solvent-based paint delivers the robust performance required for large-scale agricultural and industrial structures. Unlike modern water-based alternatives, the traditional oil-based composition ensures superior surface wetting and adhesion, curing to a hard-wearing oxide gloss finish. It creates a chemically bonded shell that resists cracking and peeling, even on substrates subject to movement or thermal expansion.

Industrial Weather Resistance
Designed to withstand the harsh conditions of British farming and manufacturing environments, this coating offers exceptional defence against the elements. It features active anti-corrosive properties to inhibit rust on steel cladding and provides a non-porous, easy-to-clean surface that repels mud, organic waste, and industrial grime. Its high impact resistance ensures it protects the underlying structure from knocks and scrapes, significantly extending the maintenance intervals of the building.

Multi-Surface Versatility
Built for trade efficiency, this single-product solution is compatible with a vast array of substrates, including corrugated metal, weathered timber, concrete, and brickwork. It is optimised for application via airless sprayer (when thinned) or roller, providing excellent coverage on vast surface areas. For the ultimate defence system on bare or rusted metal, it should be applied over Everest Trade Anti-Corrosive Oxide Primer to lock out moisture and guarantee long-term adhesion.

The Tape Test: Diagnosing Unstable Masonry Before Painting

You have cleaned the wall. It looks clean. You apply the paint. It goes on beautifully. Three months later, you walk into the room (or look at the exterior of your house) and see the paint bubbling, cracking, or peeling off...
